The Wild (or is it the Wide?) Blue Yonder…

I've never really been sure of the lyrics of that line, or the actual title of the song, although I know it's the official march tune of the US Air Force. But whether the blue yonder we're dealing with here is wide or wild, or both, here we go, into it, with a brand-new format for the Official Jack Whyte Web Site.

It's been so long since I've been able to write anything in here that I'm kinda scared I might have lost the ability to do it at all… But let's give it a try and see what comes up…

So far so good, it would appear. I have had camulod.com posted as my standard Home Page for so long that I had actually grown used to seeing it frozen in place each time I logged on. Then, more recently,  it went to the "Please Bear With Us" message that has been up there for a few months now, but by then I had spoken with Mark Burgess and knew something was going to be happening. Today, though, I logged on and thar we wuz, as they say. I immediately got in touch with Mark, and he pointed out a few little things to me . . . like tips on how to get in here, physically, and write. So that's what I've been doing ever since.

ABOUT THE 'FAQ' SECTION.

I've been in there today and updated bits and pieces of the standard answers to standard questions, but boy! Does that section need to be cleaned up, or what? In one of the responses I said that I had written eight books at the time of entry… That was a while ago! Another question . . . unchanged at this point . . . asks what I am going to write about, now that I've finished the King Arthur stories! I finished the last of those in 2005… So I'll be revisiting the FAQ section frequently over the next little while, revising and upgrading the existing answers and adding new ones. If you have any questions you'd like to ask me, don't be afraid to fire them in here. There's so much to write about now, facing an exciting new future on the Site, that I'm going to have to step away from it and do some serious thinking about priorities and input, so I'll call it a day, here and now, for this entry, but I'll be back.
